    I called to book a party for my triplets. The young lady I spoke to inform me that I was unable to speak to a manger because they open at 1 this was 11:15. She then said she was letting kids out and put me on hold. I was on hold for 20 mins called backed on a different number spoke to Avagail who had put me on hold the fist time and I was still on hold for another 10 minutes waiting for her to return. She was very rude. I book all 6 of my kids party every year as well as my daycre is there at least three times a year was very disappointed with the service. Nicola Green
